Lisse Vraie is a program of GORGO Company ("we," "our"). This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
When you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your first name and email address. When you enroll in The Glass Ceiling Inside program, we collect your email address and create a secure account on your behalf. We also collect payment information through Stripe — we do not store your payment details directly; Stripe handles all card data under their own PCI-compliant systems.
Our website may collect standard analytics information such as pages visited and time on site. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
Your email address is used to deliver the program materials, send relevant updates about your enrollment, and — if you subscribed — deliver our occasional newsletter. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Program progress data (which chapters you have completed) is stored in your secure account and used only to power your dashboard experience.
We use Supabase for secure account management and data storage. We use Stripe for payment processing. We may use a transactional email service (such as Resend) to deliver system emails. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing lisa@lissevraie.com. If you are in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. Account authentication is handled through Supabase with industry-standard encryption. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
This program is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to enrolled members.
